No special tools. Most jobs need nothing more than a garden pressure sprayer.
Dilute Landscape Lock concentrate with water in a garden sprayer or watering can — rates from 1:3 to 1:6 depending on your surface.
Spray the area until completely saturated. Rinse any overspray off hard surfaces before it dries.
Leave to cure for 24–72 hours, protected from rain and irrigation. Then enjoy a locked-down landscape for up to 12 months.

One application holds your mulch or pebbles in place for up to 12 months, depending on surface, traffic and weather exposure. Simply re-apply when you top up your mulch.
No. The cured film is water permeable — rain and irrigation pass straight through to the soil beneath.
Yes — that's the point! Treated mulch and pebbles stay put, so you can blow leaves and debris off without redistributing your landscaping.

Wet surrounding hard surfaces before you start and rinse off any overspray immediately — don't let it dry. Once cured it's difficult to remove from porous surfaces.
